Memories of Summer
Celebrate the final long weekend of summer at Memories of Summer, a three-night beachfront music festival featuring unforgettable performances, family-friendly entertainment, and lakeside fun. Enjoy the timeless sounds of Motown, classic yacht rock favourites, and crowd-pleasing party hits as the beach comes alive with music and celebration.
The weekend concludes with a spectacular fireworks finale over Georgian Bay, creating the perfect sendoff to summer in Wasaga Beach.

DJ Efsharp
Kicking off all three nights of Memories of Summer is Sam Fleming, aka Efsharp. He had his first DJ set on Ottawa radio in 1994 and has been part of the Toronto club and rave scene since 1995. A full-time open-format DJ since 2004, he founded Evolved Entertainment in 2009, expanding its services to include a diverse roster of DJ and MC talent.

The Yacht Rock Show
The Yacht Rock Show performs iconic music from the 70s & 80s with note-for-note renditions of quintessential hits that created an era of music that influenced a generation.

Wing Night
Wing Night is Toronto’s premier Hip-Hop and R&B cover band, bringing the biggest hits of the ’90s and early 2000s to stages across Ontario since 2013. Known for their high-energy performances and packed dance floors, Wing Night has sold out iconic Toronto venues including The Horseshoe Tavern (10 consecutive shows), The Opera House (5 consecutive shows), and The Danforth Music Hall.

Legends of Motown
Experience the embodiment of the golden era of soul music with Legends of Motown's stunning 16-piece ensemble and passionate performances. purpose goes beyond performing; it's about recapturing the unforgettable magic of Motown.
Legends of Motown's tribute encapsulates everything that made the genre iconic: from The Supremes' captivating harmonies to Marvin Gaye's soul-stirring rhythms. The look-a-like/sound-a-like tributes will take you back to an era where music had a beat, a soul, and a message.

Cap off the weekend with a spectacular fireworks display over Georgian Bay—the perfect finale to Memories of Summer in Wasaga Beach.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the festival area.
No Pets
We love our furry friends, but for the safety of all guests, pets are not permitted inside the festival area. Service animals are always welcome.
No Unsafe Objects
Any object that could be used to cause harm, injury, or disrupt the event is prohibited inside the festival area.
No Large Bags
No Large bags, backpacks, and furniture items inside the festival area. Bags larger than 4.5" × 6.5" are permitted but will be subject to a security search.

Held on the beachfront in Wasaga Beach, the festival continues to grow as a favourite destination for live music, summer fun, and unforgettable memories.
Past Performances
To celebrate the last long weekend of summer, typically over 12,000 attendees gather at the Town's iconic Beach Area 1 for our annual Memories of Summer concert. Past concerts have featured electrifying live performances by Canadian music icons Tom Cochrane, April Wine and more. These beachfront concerts are followed by a large fireworks display, and general admission is always FREE!
