Dina Lundy, director of legislative services and clerk for the Town of Wasaga Beach, is leaving in January to start a chief administrative officer role with another municipality.
“On behalf of council and staff, I thank Dina for her contributions to the town and wish her the best of luck in her new position,” Mayor Brian Smith said.
Lundy joined the town in 2018. She has been a valued member of the senior leadership group and has spearheaded a number of projects during her time with the municipality.
Her duties included serving as returning officer for the town, overseeing the 2018 and 2022 municipal elections.
“Dina is well regarded by town staff. She is a true leader and team builder,” interim CAO Gerry Marshall said. “We will certainly miss her presence in our organization. At the same time, we are excited for Dina as she begins a great new phase in her career.”
