Back to SearchThe Town of Wasaga Beach will officially reopen Beach Drive at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
The town is inviting media to attend a ceremony to mark the reopening of the road.
Mayor Brian Smith, council members, and public works staff involved in the road-reopening project will be on hand.
Town officials will be at the corner of Beach Drive and Spruce Street. Mayor Brian Smith will be available for interviews.
Public works staff started removing the sand from Beach Drive in December and recently completed the work.
Council and staff are excited to reopen road access to this historic area of our community.
