OAK DELL AVENUE ROAD ALLOWANCE
We’re planning to stop up and close Oak Dell Avenue.
What? Notice is hereby given that that Council will consider a request to stop up and close, for the purpose of disposition, a portion of road known as Oak Dell Avenue. The land is legally described as Oak Dell Ave. PL 966 Sunnidale, Wasaga Beach.
Why now? This property has been declared surplus to the needs of the Town.
When? On December 12, 2024 a By-Law to stop up, close and sell the above noted property will be brought forward to Council. This meeting is open to the public.
