In addition, board chair Jodi Lloyd appeared before Wasaga Beach Town Council today to provide an update on the board's plans for Wasaga Beach.

Lloyd outlined the status of the new elementary school in the Sunnidale Trails subdivision, slated to be open in September 2023, and confirmed that the board is hoping to have a high school open in Wasaga Beach for the 2029-2030 school year.
