Wasaga Beach - Get ready for some long weekend family fun! The Town of Wasaga Beach is getting ready to kick of its 20th annual Snowman Mania!
Snowman Mania is the Town's annual winter festival, celebrated over Family Day long weekend. For 20 years, this community event has brought together locals and visitors to enjoy a variety of winter activities, live entertainment, and family-friendly fun — all set against the beautiful winter landscape of Wasaga Beach.
How does Snowman Mania work?
- Participants can purchase $3 Snowman Mania pin from the RecPlex, Town Hall, Fire Hall, or Wasaga Beach Public Library
- The Snowman Mania pin grants access to almost all events and festivities, and free transit bus rides all weekend long
- The festival includes events like crafts, a scavenger hunt, and live entertainment
Snowman Mania Highlights
☃️ Friday (Feb 14)
Kick things off with a (19+) Comedy Night at the RecPlex! Grab your friends for a night of laughs to start the weekend right. There is a cost of $20+HST for this event. You can get tickets here.
☃️ Saturday (Feb 15)
Family Fun Day! Enjoy face painters, balloon twisters, interactive performances and the Wood Workers. PLUS, the Chili Cook-Off is back! 🍲 Sample some of the best local chili—1 sample for $2 or 4 samples for $5!
☃️ Sunday (Feb 16)
Start your day with the Lions Club Pancake Breakfast, then stick around for two amazing performances by the SuperDogs!
☃️ Monday (Feb 17)
RC Hand racing and Rock Solid Wrestling brings the action to town!
