The Town of Wasaga Beach has Launched its 2025 Spring-Summer Recreation Guide

This year, there are more than 140 programs available to residents seeking recreation, sport and leisure opportunities throughout the spring and summer months.

WASAGA BEACH - It's time to roll your clocks ahead (Sunday March 9) and get started registering for Spring and Summer recreation activities in the Town of Wasaga Beach!

This year, the municipality if offering more summer camps and programs for young children, youth, adults and seniors than ever before. New programs added to the 2025 Spring and Summer schedule include:

• Adult Self Defense Program
• Basketball Camps
• Seniors Hockey Tournament

Hard copies of the 2025 Spring-Summer Recreation Guide can be picked up now at the following locations:

• RecPlex, located at 1724 Mosley Street
• Seniors Active Living Centre, located at 1621 Mosley Street
• Town Hall, located at 30 Lewis Street
• Wasaga Beach Youth Centre, located at 1621 Mosley Street
• Wasaga Stars Arena, located at 544 River Road West

Digital copies of the 2025 Spring-Summer Recreation Guide are available now on the Town’s website. Residents are encouraged to visit wasagabeach.com/recreation for more information and to begin registering for programs today.

Quick facts

• In 2024, Town-operated recreation programs had over 42,900 participant visits in over 380 programs.
• In January 2025, the Town of Wasaga Beach, in partnership with the Simcoe County District School Board, proudly opened a state-of-the-art double high school-sized gymnasium with sprung wood flooring at Wasaga Beach Public School. This new facility enhances recreational opportunities for the community, providing expanded access to sports and activities during evenings, weekends, and summer months.
